So glad that I have found your site. Wonderful recipes and wonderful photos! We threw a dinner party over New Years, the theme was Argentina and this was suppose to be one of our dishes. I went against it as it had hard boiled eggs in it - I hate them. Your recipe sounds so much better. I will have to give it a try!!
