Since I was sure to do Tabata I have seen results that were huge, I dropped 6 pounds and gained energy from the first 3 weeks. I have been working out for 3 months before I decided to do Tabata and I struggled to get rid of weight. When I was first told about Tabata I had been excited from the word go that excitement came out of the fact I had no clue exactly what it was meant. I missed the first week of class b/c I was traveling for work so when I came in during the week I had a few making up it to do. It was difficult at first b/c once I got into a rhythm I began to feel very excellent, although my body was not utilised to working out in a fast speed. These courses are no joke. You’ll leave there feeling healthier, stronger and overall better about your self and what you have accomplished, if you stick with it. I’d recommend these courses to anyone.
