When I was first told about Tabata I had been excited from the word go that excitement came out of the fact I had no clue exactly what it was meant. I missed the first week of class b/c I was traveling for work so when I came in during the week I had a few making up it to do. It was difficult at first b/c once I got into a rhythm I began to feel very excellent, although my body was not utilised to working out in a fast speed. These courses are no joke.
